GS Renovation & Home Improvements is the trading name of GS Renovation Ltd. Our founder and director, Abdelaaziz Saaid, has 30+ years of hands-on experience in structural work and home renovation, and we work across London and the surrounding counties, from our base in Potters Bar.

Consultation
We visit, look at what the walls, floors and services are actually doing, and talk through what you want, your budget and your timing. You get a free, itemised quote.
Design & Planning
We appoint and coordinate the architect or structural engineer your project needs, manage the planning and building control applications, and make sure the regulatory requirements are met before a single brick is laid.
Construction
We prop, build and install to the engineer’s design and the approved drawings, keep you updated as each stage is reached, and book the building control inspections as the work goes.
Handover
You receive the building control completion certificate, any electrical or gas certificates from the registered engineers who did that work, and our 5 year guarantee on the installation work.
Health & Safety First
Structural work is only safe if the house is held up while it changes. We risk-assess each job, install temporary propping before any load-bearing masonry is cut, and work to the engineer’s method and the building regulations. We are insured, and we keep the site safe for you, your neighbours and our own team.
